Qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ)

Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) are offered for multi-platform, analytical instrumentation. We support existing manufacturer protocols and/or client’s existing protocols and thus can be customized to fit the intended use in accordance with USP <1058>. This service offering is especially appealing to labs with multiple vendor (mixed) instrumentation, first time qualification of recently purchased systems, or re-qualification after repair or relocation.

A qualification must be performed for any instrument used to validate methods in a regulated environment (GLP and / or cGMP). IQ / OQ / PQ coupled with a PM can ensure you can meet both peak performance and compliance efficiently and affordably.

Multi-platform laboratory instrumentation per incident maintenance service is available for Agilent, Applied Biosystems / MDS Sciex, Thermo and Waters instrumentation as well as other laboratory instruments.
