Not all laboratories require guaranteed response times and other benefits included with a Full Maintenance Service contract, but can still obtain quality service from professional service engineers. Various options are available, from time & materials to a single PM visit.

Overbrook Support Services (OSS) service engineers repair and maintain all commonly used laboratory instruments including LCMSMS, LCMS, ICPMS, ICP, IC, HPLC, GC, GC/MS, various robotic headspace autosampler platforms like CTC, HTA, and others.

Multi-platform laboratory instrumentation per incident maintenance service is available for Agilent, Applied Biosystems / MDS Sciex, Thermo and Waters instrumentation as well as other laboratory instruments.
