Moves and Installations

Whether moving a lab down the hall or to another side of town or country, leave nothing to chance. Moving sophisticated, analytical instrumentation is more than skids, boxes and duct tape, especially when expensive mass spectrometry instrumentation is concerned. Our relocation experts know how to benchmark, de-commission and pack the instrumentation to prevent damage during transit. Once relocated, we re-install, benchmark and can re-qualify the instrumentation if required. We work in conjunction with your move coordinator, consultants, or direct with laboratory staff.

More specifically, Scope of Work may include de-installation which includes powering down instrumentation, taking apart as necessary, bagging all peripheral components (consumables, columns, spares, etc.), disconnecting and color tagging all electrical and plumbing lines,  connections and general cleaning.   Re-installation includes re-plumbing, re-wiring, powering up instrumentation and establishing data communications.

Multi-platform laboratory instrumentation per incident maintenance service is available for Agilent, Applied Biosystems / MDS Sciex, Thermo and Waters  instrumentation as well as other laboratory instruments.
